Important: In-app account deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period or recovery window.

How to delete your account (in-app)

  1. Open the PointClub app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap "Delete Account".
  5. Read the warnings, type DELETE to confirm, and tap the red "Delete my account" button.

Alternative - can't access the app

Email support@pointclub.pk from the email address registered on your PointClub account, with subject "Delete my account". Our team will verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What is retained, and why

Can I come back?

Yes. You can create a new account with the same email address after deletion. Your old transactions will remain with the merchants but will not be linked to your new account.
