PointClub is operated by Point Club (Private) Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Pakistan (SECP Incorporation No. 0331020, NTN I763370).
What We Do
We provide a digital loyalty platform for businesses across Pakistan. Merchants use PointClub to create and manage loyalty programmes -setting their own earning rates, redemption values, and promotions. Customers earn points on everyday purchases and redeem them for discounts, all through secure QR-code-based transactions within our mobile apps.
PointClub does not process monetary payments. All financial transactions occur directly between the customer and the merchant. We track the loyalty points associated with those transactions.
How It Works
1. Download the App
Get the PointClub customer app or the PointClub Merchant app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Enrol at a Merchant
Sign up and join the loyalty programme of any participating business near you.
3. Scan & Earn
Show your QR code at checkout to earn points. Redeem them for discounts on future visits.

How We Communicate
We communicate with our users via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications for:
- Account verification and one-time passwords (OTPs)
- Staff account credentials and security codes
- Transactional notifications related to loyalty activity
